How can people live like this. I have never seen so much dog hair.

Anywho, hand shampooed it with Releasit DS and I was shocked how good it came out.

The other month I had to clean a microfiber couch that was covered in dog hair. It took forever to vacuum and then when I was done, I went outside to get my upholstery tool. When I came back the dog somehow got out of the room he was in and sat back on the couch and I had to re vacuum because he was shedding like crazy :banghead:

It's amazing to see how some people can live. I will never forget the house I cleaned where the woman called and said she had "a few dog urine stains" on the carpet. I almost passed out when I walked in the door because the whole room was saturated and the odor was so strong. What was worse though is they never vacuumed anything. It took forever to do the pre-vac and I lost count how many spider webs were all over the house. I thought we walked into the Adam's family house! And of course, I lost track of how many pieces of dried dog poop we had to pick up. She said their last dog died almost 6 months ago...

I just learned a trick for the dog hair from Ricks board.  Use a damp/wet rubber glove and wipe over the furniture to remove dog hair.  I will need to try it next time.

this is what I use and it works awesome. I even use it for a carding brush too. It makes velvet plush and fluffy again. check it out.

When the dog hair gets too thick I often do brush what I can off with one of those rubber brushes made for dog hair, then vacuum. This has saved me a lot of time.

Yes to the above plus use a small turbo air powered brush attachment or small handheld vac with beater bar.
