Subs needed for commercial carpet cleaning. Areas- Northeast and West coast

all states have about 10 locations. payment net 30days, either wired into your account or check.

requirements needed:

insurance

Hey this sounds a lika scama? I had someone ask me for this type of info for cleaning a college. It was emailed to my website mail.
It came from some outfit in florida. It would have been a $36K job. But I found the email a month after the deadline. Makes me wonder if I screwed Up???  :-[ or if it was a scam.  :banghead:

I just checked out their website. Wouldn't blow it off without investigating.

Have never done business with this company but I've had mixed results with management companies. Net 30 days is typical for commercial work. Many of these management companies push for 45 days. Those make me nervous. I would contact them for more information is interested. Before doing any work like this do some due diligence and run a credit report if the numbers will be big.

Seems that most of management companies don't pay much for the work required. There are some better ones out there but I don't know who they are right now? Its been a few years since I've done work like this.

And is a typical responce to try to get people to do the work when it really means we will not pay you or will pay you when we feel like it.

If I'm not mistaken, this is probably about the Guitar Centers. Thought I remembered it from before. If so, he posted a similar add under a slightly different user name in 2008. Search "Guitar Centers" from the home page and the thread will pop up.

I'm not certain if this is for the same sub work or another end user. Interesting part about the disclaimer on the web site is that "they don't guarantee work but will post adds and look for work for all members"....  Not certain what that's about.
