Site work
« on: November 18, 2011, 10:10:03 AM »
I'm working on upgrading the database files. Been getting some error codes in the admin panel. Hopefully this will fix the issue.

Had to run an upgrade script which has changed most of the mods I had installed so I need to go back and reinstall them.  :41:

You may see some things appearing or disappearing as I work on putting the mods back in.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

I know all about this stuff too well. I had 4 smf forums recently and got rid of all of them. While i love the software i found it was too much work to maintain it. For all of my forums i use the free remotely hosted Proboards. Very easy to use and design..  :13:

Guess I'm a sucker for punishment.  :-[

Had several other SMF forums myself a couple of years ago but also dumped them.

I've used SMF software for a few years now. I can say it is getting better. The latest version is the best yet. Been thinking about starting another forum soon and will probably use SMF.

Have learned more than I wanted to about php and programming thanks to SMF.
