Scroll bar with IE8 browser?

I worked on the scrollbar issue when IE8.

Looks like I got rid of it. Any issues?

Haven't used IE in years. The site really looks different for me using that browser. Much sharper in Firefox.

I don't use that browser and forgot about it until I was using another computer.

I did piles of research on it and stumbled upon the answer by myself. All I did was change one word in coding from "auto" to "hide". Explorer is the only browser with the issue. Looks like is has something to do with how the browser reads CSS?
