Haven't bought it yet. I am debating between a Mytee M12 and a Mytee RL1200c.

I was leaning towards the RL1200c because it is 50lbs less in weight but then I would have to buy an external heater. Right now I am leaning towards the M12 and at the moment trying to figure out what I could do for a ramp. I can get both machines for almost the same price (M12 is only $35 more).

I just can decide right now. I have a few weeks before I pull the plug on one.

If you don't have any space for the Orbot let me know I'll be more than happy to take off your hands because HWE the best way to clean carpets ;D

LOL

Jon,

I like the Bane Clene ramp, doesn't take much room in the van, and i usually put it in between the shelf and the cimex/op, it stands up on it's side.  It's only there for the cimex when i need it.

Will the M12 maintain heat at 800-1200 psi?

My van is pretty empty considering the additional space.

By the way,

I had my spa fixed up(which reminds me i should be there now)...and the guy has a high roof top extended sprinter.  So he gave me the grand tour and oh man i'm crying right now, especially for my height it's just perfect.  The door open 180 degrees out in the back which is sweet, I went inside and i could STAND UP! ....I'm 6'5, but i couldn't stay completelly straight but i'd say the height is around 6'2-6'3 or so which is awesome, just that right there made a huge difference.  The dude's cargo area probably looked like Eric's trailer(sorry Eric), "**** everywhere" lol...and he has 3 shelfs and a partition.

Anyways the thing was sweet, he had a regular cargo van before, but sold it for this vehicle and said he's very pleased w/ it for 3 years now.  The cabin had a laptop w/ laptop stand and wireless printer bluetooth, and folder stacks attached to the partition.  Very impressive.  I should've taken a pic, my van was next to his and i wanted to hate my life, it was like comparing a mini cooper to a H2 LOL...as far as size.

Now i need to make more money!  :-[

A guy in towns had a van with truckmount access through the passenger side door but what was unique is that he also had a sliding door on the drivers side were he has access to his chemical shelves. It was pretty cool, so he didn't have to get in the van to get to his cleaning solutions. So he had three doors 2 side and 1 rear

Hi,

I've enjoyed this post, it's interesting to see the different types of equipment and vehicles used.  I carry 2 Defenders, a Durrmaid spotter, Step son, Multi Sprayer, 1 gal Encap Green, 1 gal abstraction vlm & tlc, Prochem Upholstery cleaner and pre spray, 3 2 gal jugs of Soil Blocker (plain-vanilla coconut-spring fresh), Oreck XL, Vac Away Spotter Kit, 2 5 gal buckets for pads, rake, T&G, brushes, glads, micros & cotton pads in my Honda Element.

This is a great work vehicle.  It runs great, gets 22 mpg, has 4WD, very comfy, XM radio and is a great billboard.  I'll try posting a few pics later.

My guy that does all dustless refinishing has a Honda Element which he uses just for estimating.  It's a great car, but as your company grows you will run out of space.  But it is a good car if it does the job now.

I hear you Mo.
