No Jobs

Its a slow January as usual. I'm just glad I still exceeded last January's number although not by much. I'm starting to enjoy the slow season now. Last January I was wondering if the phone would ever ring again ;D

Once you've been through a few years you will learn what times of year are busy/slow for your business.

Its easy to freak out the first year when times get slow. Its not something you did or didn't do its just the time of year.

Would be nice if it was busy year round!  ;D

That's where the commercial side can be beneficial to your business and  all the more reason to sell to that segment. I you have a base of commercial customers it can help flatten out the monthly spikes in revenue. As everyone knows..not the easiest work to get... but keep in mind persistence and consistence are crucial.
