Very nice.  Looks like you got a nice easy floor to work with there.  Most of the Saltillo that I get is trashed.

Yeah, you got me there...it was actually a 25 year old floor that was in great shape. Just had to do a light strip with a 175 machine, rinse, and come back the next day.
P.S. also empty house ;D
