Outdoor Rug Cleaning
« on: August 11, 2008, 07:04:50 PM »
Here's a pic from a rug cleaning job I did last week for a pre-school.  4 area rugs, 2 very large and two smaller.  It was a nice 85 degree day so it was very pleasant to do outside.  You can see my somewhat new Royal vac and Penguin sprayer here.

Used the Challenger for these rugs.  I had the customer lay out the tarps with weights before I arrived and the rugs were rolled up already for me.  The two larger rugs were really dirty.  I vacuumed for a long time I think I filled up half a vac bag on these rugs.  I didn't really do before/afters, just took a pic of the setup.

I used 2 sprayers for the job, multisprayer had enc for wool for two of them in it, and the penguin had the usual encap green for the others.

Since it was outside and they dried so fast I vac'd again before I left.

I've cleaned a few rugs outside too.

Nice to be able to work outside once in a while.  ;D
