so the oil pressure gauge was broken, I was going to wait until after my busy week and then get the oil changed, looks like I won't need to now, there was no oil it it despite what the gauge said, and now the engine is toast.  :-[

in the plus side here is my new van:

it's a '99 Astro

it's AWD so not quite as good on the gas, and it has 185k on it.  used to be a Comcast van, so it has the cage already.

this time, oil change, then graphics....  :lol:

and no need for a ghetto paint job this time.

Sorry to hear that. The paint job looks decent in these pics.

The older the rig the more often you need to check the oil. ...........At the dipstick.

I had an AWD Astro/Safari. Watch those front bearings on them. They go out and they cost alot!

Paint looks good on this one.
