Yo! Mr. Chem

Have you had a chance to put the new rotary to work?  Wondering how you like it after years away from it.     I've been kicking around the idea of picking up a small one (45 pounds)   for pre scrubin or post padding HWE jobs.   May be even pad cap some smaller jobs,

Yup! I have used it, I like it and I just sold it. Nothing wrong with it. Just wanted to finish up my motorcycle projects and really didn't NEED the rotary. Will pick up another one in the future I am sure.

One thing I did notice was it was harder on my back to run it than my Orbot. But I still stand by my origional claim that it was doing just as well as my OP.

Thanks Chem,
I'm just looking for a smaller light weight machine for certain things, I've been missing my Challenger lately, but can't afford a new one. Looks like I can get a 13 inch roto for around $400,  It's 45 pounds so would be much ez- er  to unload then the defender for the pre scrub,  and much faster , better then the sebo.

Or I may get a 15 incher, if I can find one that's light weight.

I would definitly go with a 15" at a minimum for residential. Should definitly be alot lighter.
