Sure thing. I am hoping to get them early next week. We are having trouble with the box labels so I hope that does not delay the process. I will post when I have them in. Thank you for your interest.

I used the PorCottons on a dining room last night and took out a good amount of soil as shown in the pic. Its cleaned every 3 months so its not trashed. I also used a bonnet I'm helping a friend develop.
I said in a previous post that they did not bleed through. They did  a little last night I think this happened because I was applying cleaning solution at a much higher rate to enable me to increase my cleaning speed. Just thought i would mention it so know one gets a surprise they didn't expect from my products. At an application rate of 400 sf per gallon they do not bleed through.

I don't understand what you mean by bleed through John. The white color of the pad is bleeding?

Hi Bigchuckie, I was planning to for the op crowd but they have a problem tufting the cotton through the backing on that size for some reason. I hope to be able to sort it out later.

Hi Mo,
Talking about moisture soaking through the pad into the other side. So after you use the first side and flip the pad it should be dry and clean, with more than average cleaning solution applied to the carpet ( plus is had protector) it bleed through some. Not like a single terry type. But again I said they would not do that so I wanted to expand on what I have been witnessing as I test them.

The picture shows the result of the delay. I was not happy with the edging as it had a shedding problem. They have been send back to have an over edging process done that will yield a much stronger product with very little initial ( out of the box) shedding.I will have info up a bonnetpro.com early next week. Sales will be ready next Friday the 16th.

:o wow those look perfect! It looks like an easy to handle cotton loop, im down!
Just curious why op needs 21"? Is it because they just spin in and out.. or would having Dustins Op pad driver make it so u can run 17s? :crazy2:

Hi,

Sorry, but its looks like I will not be able to offer the 21`s at this time. The machine that does the tufting is a different unit from the machine that tufts the smaller pads and it has a problem with the cotton. We may look at a blend down the road and this might change the issue but for now it wont work.

just want to double check John
you are saying that if you grab the center of each side and pull the pad will separate, like a standard bonnet?

No it wont, it is tufted through a center material with loops coming out on both sides. It not two separate pieces that are bound together with some sort of edging. that what helps it to not bleed or wick from front to back.

I can use 19" but prefer 21" because if  I don't hit it dead center, it still works well and I also like to have a couple inches of pad outside the machine so I don't have to take the machine right up against the wall.

Like Ray said. 19" will work but there wont be much overhang. With a 17" machine/driver, that only allows 1.5" of overhang.
The ideal size I would like to see is 20"

Gotcha.

Well, I use 19" SuperZorbs on my Orbot and have not had any issues....yet.

However, more would be better.

Still, it's a bonnet and I'm not sure how well they work with OP's, namely the Orbot.

The company that makes the orbit also sells the superzorbs. So...I think you're fine
