Finally got it mounted and fired up, problem was it kept firing up! '' Over cookin' was more like it ". I had a sticking flow valve that controls the kero heater. The burner is only suppose to fire when wand is triggered, this one was firing all the time.
Reps had me remove cap. remove spring, then start at an idle and hit pump for 5 seconds. (this pushes the magnet / valve out of the body, plus any crap that may be in it ). Put it back together and same thing happened, reps had me take it apart again, only this time NO spring , ran bute after that.
When I first started it I was running at 400 psi, and with the heater over cooking it was locking the triggers up on the tools. "built up huge pressure". I had to release the pressure on the ball valve I set up on the dual wand port before I could trigger the wand again. ( I had to keep shutting it down so it would not end up with a meltdown ) . Learning curve going on here! Ended up blowing the o-rings apart on the stair tool in the process, now I can't seem to seat the new o-rings without cutting them up on assembly. I almost think the ones I have are not the ones I need . Supplier will be here wed with the right ones? ( This was an 800 psi valve)
Going to do my house tomorrow to get the feel of the machine and see if the diablo is going to pull any bull. So far this thing is quite an animal. I LIKE IT !!!
