The Max is self propelled so no hurt backs. You just drive it up a ramp and into your van. As far as the cost, what is your time worth? Time savings is what justifies a 50,000 to 100,00 dollar truck mount. The extra power is nice but the time savings is better. The Max is not for everyone but in commercial work if your always struggling to keep up or just want to shave time off of each job then it makes sense.
