Used several gallons of it at a home last week, flushed the areas real heavy.  Didn't need to rinse with water after.  Went to the job I did and was amazed! Room used to stink super bad, I couldn't even notice one single smell, put my nose on the carpet, nothing! Customer was amazed, super satisfied!

Just looked that up on Jon Don.

Looks a lot like Vacaway Peeradicator?

I used some of the Vacaway product once and it did a great job on odors.

Jon Don copies a lot of formulas and sells them under their Matrix brand.

I've used peerad too, and it works, but I had to rinse it out w/ plain water so added even more time to the job.
