Hydrox vs Perocellant
« on: February 14, 2012, 09:33:21 PM »
Just want to see if everyone else has been getting the same results as me always used and loved peroxcellant recently I tried hydrox for fun it just doesn't seem to brighten the carpets like peroxcellant or work as well on spots and stains the only thing I have liked more so far is the tea tree smell.

I had almost exactly the same opinion, also about the smell.

Same here.  SOils and Oils with 3 or 4 oz of peroxide booster works every bit as well as peroxellent.

I have to agree with the above posts. I'm going to try the chemical Andy is talking about
when I need more chemicals. So far though IMO I like vacaway chemicals best so far. That
can change once I try the soils and oils .

My issues with peroy is it always gells on me.

Steve has sent gallons to replace the gallons he sent to replace the gallons that gelled and at least 1/2 of those, gelled.

I have a gallon sitting inside the house, AC, never opened, that gelled within 3 weeks or so.

No matter how good the juice is (and I live it!) it is useless when it gells.

Ricky G is the next choice.

Phil, soils and oils $21 a gallon , 4 oz per gallon dilution. add the peroxide booster when needed  (2-4 oz per gallon)
Works every bit as good as peroxellent.  seriously.
