Dry dissove, or glurmp glurmp?
« on: June 29, 2011, 02:10:37 AM »
Having the exact ratios of active ingredients:
Would a Dry powder form disolved in water be more powerfull than a liquid state suspention cleaner?
Example: If Peroxcellent, was and could be, in a powdered form, would it work better?
Is the big reason most dont use powdered form cleaners because of the trouble of disoving in water?
Or is it because having encap capabilities is not possible in a dry mix of cleaner?
Thank you :13:

Magic Wand makes a powdered encap cleaner so it is possible.

I'm thinking the average encap is liquid because of the ingredients in it. For instance, I'm not aware of a powdered carpet protector? That is an ingredient in many encap cleaners.

I am sure it would be the same process as spray dried tech. I think thats along the lines of the powdered form of Limonene cleaners go. Makes sense for the protector stuff too, just never let that thought enter my brain..
As always, good point Mike!

Well after researching other avenues I have concluded that a dry cleaner, freshly disolved in water will Always be more powerfull than premixed n bottled.
With that said, I dont understand why most Chem companies dont make powdered versions of there cleaners.. especially with how many forms of chelates that are available.
To make things more cost effective I can understand making a liquid base then a dry "boost" which would be a two step throw. But would always have better results than just a pure liquid.
