I read a report down below on this product.

If what I read was accurate, this may be a miracle product for grease pits.

I have a gallon and was not over impressed...but was using it on resi carpet where I should have used peroxy...

so I am curious if anyone else is using it and with what results?

I used it and had really good results. I just didnt like the smell. I would equate it to Releasits Encap Clean DS. It seemed to really cut through the nasties. I really dont think there is a one product that is the "all around" chem. Seems they all have their place somewhere.

If I was cleaning grease pits all the time I would definitly give it an honest try (which equates to using a full gallons worth before throwing it in the garbage).
