Going to have to dissagree with you there. "who's" product is the key. Someone can go and use Tide detergent on carpet and it will not make it easy for the extraction process. Good info though.

Ps. Is there a reason why you are screaming in all your posts?

Product does make difference are talking about commercial products `encap carpets -hard surfaces cleaners

Doesn't say much for true encapping like a Cimex because you don't extract with pads or water. I would have to disagree with you. I have had great results commercially with the Cimex. Also many new quality chems do not require dwell time thats why they have on board sprayers on many Low Moisture systems. I would have agreed with your statement maybe 5 years ago but the carpet cleaning industry has changed drastically. Just my opinion.

Git off your high horse new guy,we been here talking about this junk for years, your opinions are welcome , but quite acting like your the end all be all cleaner, learn to use the caps lock proper, and learn to engage pepole in thought full conversation (instead of monologuing)  .

If you learn these  basic human actions,& courtesy's ,   you will find your self making Friends here, and you'll see why this is one of the best boards in the industry/.  if not then you will just be coming off like a loud moulth jerk and many will not respect that and refuse to engauge in conversation with you.

Sorry guys for the mix up writing skills not good ,my selling skills are excellent far better than most people .Over 30 plus years public and private service field I am always looking to be better myself and share experiences to help others.But I know some people will never change .Change is good and if you don't change with technology you will lose sorry tell you that is the truth.Look at truck mount market in toilet ask how many truck mount sold versus other methods.We all have  to change look amount hard surface products being install.
