Notice how wands don't come with instructions or guides on how to choose one?
The first suggestion I would have is..........Stock wands are fine for average height down to shorter people. If you are taller you may want to consider a custom length wand. PMF and others offer these options. It may cost more BUT you will be working in a more ergonomic position. Nothing worse than being bent over all day using a wand.
The handle/valve of the wand seems best at about hip height. The handle should be about level at that height. If not you may need to modify the length. This also affects the angle of the cleaning head. If it is tilted one way or another the wand will be harder to push or pull. Again, wands can be ordered at custom lengths. If you already own one that needs to be modified check with a machine shop to see if its something they could do for you.
Most wands have one adjustable handle along the tube of the wand. With the wand resting at hip height, move your other hand down to where it would naturally rest. That's where you want to put the adjustable handle.
If properly adjusted you should be able to stand comfortably holding the wand.

Is that you or are you one of those guys that works bent over all day?
