I've used a few gallons of it and Sometimes it works great, sometimes it don't work at all.   If you have a steamer and give a heat blast to spots, or bad traffic areas just prior to running your OP, it will work REAL well.

A couple years back I was given a bottle of Procyon at a show. Guy seemed to avoid questions regardnig encap, crystalization and shattering. Came back to the board and asked about the stuff. Concensus at that time seemed to be pretty worthless product. I ended us dumping it after it sat on my shelf or a couple years. See if you can search it out on the board.

Mo- You will be better off using plain water....or cherry Koolaid, but then you would have to take out the red stains on the floor....but then you could charge to take out the red stains.

The stuff is crap in my book. Didn't work worth a darn when I used it.

Thanks for the feedback guysI was trying doing a search on the board but I couldn't find anything.

I'll use the tile and grout stuff and follow up later.

I used the sample of Proycon yesterday. It was the the Extreme Carpet Cleaner. At 4oz per gallon, high on the PH scale at 11.00. Sometimes I think water would do a good job at cleaning lightly soiled carpet with an OP machine ;D I also received a bottle of their acid based cleaner.

Give that a try, and if works, I think you should patent it!

I've used straight carbonated water before and cleaned around 800 sq ft and it worked great.

John G has mentioned this before I believe it was the agitiation the op machine creates can easily clean with straight water.  Very helpful to people with extreme allergies you can still offer a cleaning solution.
