Yeah I've been giving at least 10 mins dwell. You could try it at 8 oz/gal.  I'll be using it a lot for the next couple months so I'd be happy to update my experiences in a few weeks...

Jeff, I thought the HOS Environ was ok too. The drawbacks for me though were it seemed to foam a lot for padding use, and caused some sneezing kind of like releasit. I forget the ingredient that Rick G said caused that, but it's prob. in the Environ. Very inexpensive considering the dilution ratio though. Due to the foaming I think it might make a good upholstery cleaner for the encap/dry foam folks.
