We thank you for your replies. We are not sure if we are allowed to list the items that we make as it may come under the heading "for sale".
But here goes.
We make sprayers. Inline injection: Adjustable and 9-1, 5 gallon and 2 gallon cordless and 5 gallon electric. We also make a 7qt. and a 5qt. jug that will not tip over with a large fill port at the rear.
If you key in our website, you will see all of our items that are available. www.mastercleanstore.com
We do encourage that you purchase through your supplier. We will forward the name of a supplier near you on request. One is Jim England of Smart Cleaning Solutions.
If this post breaks the rule, we apologize.
Talk to you soon.

Sal - NO rules to break here. ...........unless every post you make is one trying to sell something and nothing else. You know the kind of posters I'm referring to.

You are free to mention brand names, etc. We have several other vendors who participate here. They have a lot of info to add to our discussions. We even have a vendor area where you can discuss your particular products and answer questions.

Here is a link to Sal's site: http://www.mastercleanstore.com/  I've also posted a link in our LINKS section.

I can vouch for Sal and his company having outstanding customer service.  I have sent my penguin sprayer to them twice since I got mine I think now close to 3 years ago (right when they first came out).  Once it needed a new battery and the other it needed a new pump.  They do all the repairs for very reasonable rates and have always given me all the upgrades for no charge.  This is the ONLY battery or plug-in sprayer I have ever used that just keeps going and going.  I've been very happy with mine.

I got a message that I have not posted for awhile on this board. Actually, I find that you professionals today are far more qualified to speak of and tweak cleaning methods as I was when cleaning carpet. You all show more finesse.
My carpet cleaning was satisfactory, but not as sophisticated as today. When I ran a porty and TM, I used a porty booster heater and my own detergent powder that diluted nicely in cold or hot water.
Today I see so many brands of this and that for specific cleaning problems. And this is good.
So, the only thing that I am interested in posting is something that went wrong with one of my products.
Rest assured that YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF. My only concern is that the item has not been abused.
My sprayers carry a one year warranty and any upgrade is installed free. After the year is up (thirteen months) we must charge for repair, parts and freight.
Again I recommend that you contact Jim England for product. He is not responsible for warranty work, we are.
Any suggestion any of you may have on how we may improve our product is welcome. WE DO LISTEN.
Happy weekend to all of you.

If you made a batery penguin with easy to remove jugs, so you can swap out jugs with different chems quick and easy (similar to a multi sprayer) I would buy it every day and twice and Saturdays.
