My name is Joe Gilstrap. I started my carpet cleaning business 10 years ago from scratch. I live in Beaver Dam, KY.
Started out with a new RotoVac Power Wand and a Mytee Speedster and my vehicle was a Chevy pickup with a camper top. Just about lost everything I owned the first year. The second year our business doubled and continued to double
for the next 5 years. We have never had a year that we didn't grow.
I ran the Speedster for 2 years, then got a van and a new Bridgepoint/Prochem TM. Ran the TM for 3 years then I became aware of low moisture cleaning. Gradually evolved into low moisture, sold the TM and I will probably be a low moisture cleaner
until I retire.
My low moisture tools are a Cimex, 2 crbs, a Challenger, a Orbot and I recently purchased a new Mini Max.
