I've used his Ultra and it works well, smells nice too.  Also have some of the scent free Ultra which is nice in the right place.

John, Which of your chems are the strongest? I have used the Surround Green. It worked pretty good. I am getting ready to place an order in the next day or two. Been thinking of trying more of your line. The free shipping helps......

Why is it that everyone who has anything to do with the carpet cleaning industry seems to be named John?

I really like the results I get with Ultra in fact just ordered more. John also has a booster/stain remover powder called Bright All I ordered some to give a try sounds great looking forward to trying it on some tuff stains and compare to spot/boost from Vacaway which has done a great job.

Hello, Its a privilege to be involved with you guys. A few years back I was on another board and it was a total disaster. I didn't visit another board for over two years until I keep seeing links from US Cleaners in my web stats. Anyway, thank you so much for the warm welcome. Its is greatly appreciated. I look forward to the opportunity of helping you guys.

ChemBright asked which cleaner is the strongest. That would be Surround Free Followed by Ultra. Both are very close on dry type soils but i think Free is a little better on the really greasy stuff. If more strength is needed than any of my products can be boosted with Bright All for as little as 21 cents per gallon. Hope that helps.

Well, thank you again for the warm greeting and kind words. Merry Christmas!

I would also like to thank Mike for running such a mature and high quality board. Not everyone will agree all the time, but you guys express your opinions without the venom. That makes this board not only a nice place to be but actually helpful.

Used the Bright All the other evening in a senior facility dining area that had not been cleaned in a year, very plush style carpet. Ground in food and drink heavily, red stains also, not able to take pics. Pre sprayed with 2ozBright All to 32 oz water almost instantly the reds turned brown which is always a good sign. After cleaning another area about 15 minutes dwell time I cleaned the dining area, worked very well, and even the red stains came out. I did not use in my multi sprayer because I've had problems in the past with other powders clogging the sprayer.

Hi Jeff. Not to rain on my own parade but the red stains may have been water based. Bright All is more of a booster followed by being an odor remover than an all out stain remover. It has been buffered to be safe on stain resist. I though this was more important, being able to boost/clean a larger base of carpet types than to make the stain removal properties stronger.
I'm happy you are happy but I just wanted to give my opinion on this.

John-
Appreciate your honesty. But to clarify Bright All is a oxygen booster so if I understand correctly best used on organic stains?

Hi, I think that would be fair. The unbuffered version was stronger and would make a better stain remover that is why I don't really push the sale of it as a stain remover. I would rather that when it does remove a discoloration other than  normal soiling that it is a bonus. I have seen it take out things that I didn't expect it to remove and others that I though would come out, didn't. The good thing about it is it would be hard to get into trouble and if you needed something stronger you can always get some stain magic.
